We provide a comprehensive report after each visit and produce a Management Action Plan to ensure continuing progress.
Preparation for OFSTED and CQC Inspections
Our Team can come into your establishment and do a complete pre-inspection audit, highlighting your overall position regarding the National Minimum Standards. This audit leads to a comprehensive report and a detailed action plan. If required, we can also assist with the implementation of the action plan to help you be as prepared as possible for your Inspector’s visit.
Supervisions to Job Descriptions
In the current climate of 'blame and claim' it is vitally important that every member of staff in your establishment has a clear and detailed job description. Once the job description has been agreed then there should be regular supervisions to ensure the job is being carried out satisfactorily. Supervisions also provide an opportunity to discuss any concerns which either the employer or the employee may have, and to amend the Job Description if necessary or appropriate. Formal supervisions should be carried out regularly, typically at least once every two months.
