Non-Executive Board Members
Many small businesses feel that they would benefit from additional expert advice and support from time to time, but they don’t have the requirement or resources to take on someone in a full-time senior management position.
As Non-Executive Board Members, sometimes retained for as little as one day per month, we are able to provide high-level advice and support. We take our responsibilities seriously; we don’t just give you 'your day', we manage our time and work around you and your business so you get the support you need, when you need it.
Headteacher Monitoring
As well-experienced Headteachers and Teachers we are fully aware of the stresses and strains of working in schools and colleges.
People struggle for different reasons and we believe it is important that staff working in any establishment are given appropriate support when the need arises.
Offering mentoring and support at all levels is something we have found to be successful and valuable. And sometimes people just need an opportunity to talk issues through with someone who is completely unbiased. We have the people, we’re not judgemental, and we love to help.
Management Advice
Running a small but growing business can be challenging.
It is not always possible to employ sufficient people to cover each job role effectively, especially where specialist regulatory knowledge is required. As a result, managers are often at a bit of a loss as to where to go to when they need advice.
We are available to support the management of small businesses in a wide variety of personnel and regulatory compliance activities, on a regular visit or a pay-as-you-go basis.
Behaviour Management
We have partners who are well qualified, experienced and skilled in the management of behaviour. We have experience of advising and supporting on the management of behaviour of both children and adults in all settings. We offer a comprehensive service, providing written reports as appropriate.
