This is found particularly useful for people in a senior or middle management position, especially when they have been confronted with something which they have found difficult or awkward. It also incorporates a Stress Management element.


Life Story Writing

Everybody has a story to tell. Unless we tell our stories then all of our history will be lost. Telling your story can be extremely satisfying and therapeutic. It can also be very helpful in that it can lead you to appropriate ways to move forward. This is a very interesting aspect of our work. We meet with you from time to time, listen to your story, research literature which may support certain facts, feelings or events, and we write your story for you. All of this is done with your continued agreement, authorisation and support. You are then presented with the finished book of your personal story.


Stress Management

Stress in the Workplace is commonplace and it is important that we minimise the effects as much as possible. We find this course most successful when incorporated with a Team Building day. However, individuals also benefit from one to one sessions or small group sessions.


Personal Development and Interpersonal Skills

Staff Development is now widely recognised as being one of the most important things which Companies should focus on for their staff. All staff are individuals and have different levels of knowledge, understanding and requirements. We can identify any gaps and we can work with Companies to create Personal Development Plans and address any issues.


Providing Support Groups

Everyone needs a listening ear from time to time. People need an opportunity to share concerns and ideas with others, in a non-judgemental arena. We are very well experienced at setting up and facilitating Support Groups.
