Over the last twenty-one years, Dr. Susan 'Susie' Ekins has been the Head of three different schools, Principal of a Residential Special Needs college and village, and operations director for a company providing social care and education.
As well as responding to operational needs Susie is particularly interested in the therapeutic side of life, treating the person as a whole rather than merely targetting specific needs. Inquisitive by nature, she loves to write life stories and gains a great deal of satisfaction from seeing the benefits that people gain by telling their own story and better understanding themselves. She firmly believes that we all have an interesting story to tell; even we don't always realise it!
